In furtherance to letter dated 18th May, 2021 regarding the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27th May, 2021, to consider the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021; Balrampur Chini Mills has informed that in view of the forecast for the 'Cyclone Yaas', and its impact on Kolkata where the Registered Office of the Company is situated and the consequential disruptions that may arise, such as power failure, telecom and internet connectivity issues, the aforesaid Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 27th May, 2021 has been rescheduled and now will be held on 1st June, 2021.
