Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Makers Laboratories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10th June, 2021, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the company has already informed through its letter dated 31st March, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s audited financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021, till 12th June, 2021.
