Hotel Leelaventure inks pact with Supertech

Hotel Leelaventure, a major hospitality chain has inked pact with real estate player Supertech in Noida to manage a 250-room luxury hotel and branded residences built by Supertech under the same project. The entity plans to follow the asset light strategy and expect to have tie-ups for four additional hotels under management contracts.

The company, through management contract strategy, is looking forward to manage a property at Jaipur and another at Bangalore near the international airport and also other metros.

Hotel Leelaventure operates hotels and resorts in India. It also operates spas; and offers facilities for meetings and events, weddings, and social celebrations. The company’s portfolio includes luxury hotels and resorts primarily in Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa, Kovalam, Gurgaon, and Udaipur.
