The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company Link Intime India has received a request letter from the mentioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same today on May 27, 2021. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. Further details regarding the same as enclosed.
