Burger King India tumbles on reporting net loss of Rs 26 crore Q4

Burger King India is currently trading at Rs. 151.40, down by 4.95 points or 3.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 156.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 152.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.00 and Rs. 145.05 respectively. So far 874147 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 219.15 on 17-Dec-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 108.40 on 14-Dec-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.30 and Rs. 142.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5798.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.27% and 27.03% respectively.

Burger King India has reported net loss at Rs 25.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021as compared to net loss of Rs 37.41 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 3.37% at Rs 199.46 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 192.95 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported net loss of Rs 173.91 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 76.57 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 38.25% at Rs 522.93 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 846.83 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
