Borosil has informed that it enclosed outcome of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held today, i.e., 27th May 2021, for grant of 4,62,000 Stock Options under the 'Borosil Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020' (New ESOS 2020) under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Each of the Stock Option entitles the holder to apply for One Equity Share of the Company of face value of Re 1 each.
