Kings Infra Ventures has raised Rs 41.75 lakh through allotment of the thirteenth tranche of 4175 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1000 each on private placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the company at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has allotted the same.
