Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cyber Media (India) has informed that the Company has received Order/Show Cause cum Demand Notice from the Office of the Commissioner, Employees’ Provident Fund, for an amount of Rs 27,30,366 demanding damages for non-remittance of provident fund dues plus interest and penalty, under Order 14B and 7Q of the provisions of the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Act, 1952 (‘EPF Act’). In its opinion the said amount is not payable and as such the company will be contesting the said demand before appropriate authorities under the EPF Act.
