In continuation of letter dated May 20, 2021 on the subject cited above and in pursuance of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, REC has informed that it submitted the annual audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company along with Auditors' Report thereon, with unmodified opinion, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The annual audited financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved & taken on record by the Board of Directors of the company in their respective meetings held on May 28, 2021. The disclosure of related party transactions on a consolidated basis in terms of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith. Further, in terms of SEBI circular dated May 20, 2020, the impact of COVID·19 pandemic on the Company is also enclosed with the said financial results.
