Karur Vysya Bank reports 25% rise in Q4 net profit

Karur Vysya Bank has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The bank has reported 24.70% rise in its net profit at Rs 104.37 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 83.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 13.16% at Rs 1565.78 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1803.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the bank has reported 52.92% rise in its net profit at Rs 359.39 crore as compared to Rs 235.02 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 8.64% at Rs 6527.07 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7144.60 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
