New Delhi Television has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 01, 2012, has approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjay Gupta & Associates as cost auditors of the company for a period of one year, with effect from November 01, 2012 subject to the approval of the Central Government and such other necessary approvals, if any.
Further, the board will take note of liquidation of NDTV Emerging Markets BV, the indirect subsidiary of the company registered in Netherlands, with effect from September 13, 2012.
