In terms of the Regulation 39(3) Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Banco Products (India) has informed that the Company/ RTA had received a request from the shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificate and in response to the request, Company/ RTA had informed the necessary procedure. Upon receipt of the relevant papers and valid documents, Duplicate Share Certificate will be issued within statutory time limit. It enclosed the Statement from RTA displaying the details of the request received.
