GRM Overseas has informed that it enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice dated May 27, 2021 (Postal Ballot Notice). The Postal Ballot Notice, along with other relevant documents, will be sent to all the shareholders whose names appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners received from the National Securities Depository (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) as on May 28, 2021 (Cutoff date), seeking their approval as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members. The voting through e-voting will commence from Thursday, June 03, 2021 (9:00 A.M. IST) and shall end on Friday, July 02, 2021 (5:00 PM IST). The results of the postal ballot will be announced on or before Saturday, July 03, 2021.
