BEML has informed that a Board Meeting of BEML will be held on Friday, the 11.06.2021, to Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2021 and Recommend the Final Dividend for the FY 2020-21 on equity shares, if any. In view of the above, the trading window which was closed from 01.04.2021 as communicated vide letter ref. CS/SE/TW/2021-22 dated 26.03.2021, would remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results i.e., up to 13.06.2021.
