Savita Oil Technologies has informed that the Company has been making all necessary announcements/disclosures to the Stock Exchanges on various matters/events in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable law, if any. The company has confirmed that as on date, there are no matters/events which have been considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, on which any disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is pending from its end. Further, it has confirmed that any such matters/events/information in future would be disclosed to the stock exchanges in due compliance with the aforesaid Regulations.
