Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Poddar Housing and Development has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021, to consider: To approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 and to consider any other matter which the Board deems fit. Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading (the code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed, for all designated persons, from April 1, 2021 and remain closed till 48 hours of Publishing result in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting on June 10, 2021, in terms of Company’s Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading framed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as intimated earlier by the company.
