The Company has already intimated to the Exchange(s) on March 30, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2021 for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of Audited Financial Results. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall open with effective from Friday, June 18, 2021.
