Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR)Regulations, 2015 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule of said regulations, Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills has informed that as per the directions of Government of Tamil Nadu the Company has opened its Manufacturing units located at Chettinad and Veeranam (Under Lease) in Tamil Nadu on June 07, 2021. As per the current situation, business operations at the said manufacturing units will be as per the guidelines from the Government of Tamil Nadu. In order to ensure health and safety of its employees advised has also been issued to follow Covid-19 protocol and maintain social distancing, adequate sanitization and masking.
