Further, as intimated earlier in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the shares of the Company was closed from April 01, 2021 and will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2021 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company.
