Tata Steel Long Products has informed that 38th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Tata Steel Long Products (‘the Company’) will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio -Visual Means at 3:00 pm (IST) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’), in view of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, July 24, 2021 to Thursday, August 5, 2021 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend, subject to tax deducted at source, if approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company to be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021.
