The company has accepted her resignation and consented to relieve her from her responsibility with the close of business hours of 10th June, 2021. This letter may be treated as communication under clause 30 and other applicable clause of the (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, if any, entered into by Megh Mayur Infra with the exchange.
