Ruchi Soya Industries has informed that in accordance with SEBI circular bearing reference SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL1/CIR/P/2018/011 dated January 19, 2018, the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in relation to the proposed further public offering has been filed today with SEBI on the ‘SEBI Intermediary Portal’ at https://sipotal.sebi.gov.in and in accordance with the instructions issued by SEBI on March 27, 2020, in relation to ‘Easing of Operational Procedure -Division of Issues and Listing -CFD’. Further, the DRHP has also been emailed to SEBI at cfddil@sebi.gov.in. Additionally, the DRHP has also been electronically filed with the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India on June 13, 2021.
