Tata Motors rises on getting nod to raise Rs 500 crore through NCDs

Tata Motors is currently trading at Rs. 352.80, up by 2.05 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 350.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 350.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 353.70 and Rs. 341.05 respectively. So far 1855207 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 358.80 on 09-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 92.00 on 17-Jun-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 358.80 and Rs. 337.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 116227.37 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.69% and 17.10% respectively.

Tata Motors has received approval to raise Rs 500 crore through Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par on private placement basis. The board of directors at its meeting held on June 14, 2021 has approved the same.
