The remuneration payable to them is subject to the approval by the shareholders and Appointed VLA & Associates (Membership No. F7241 -CP No.7622), Company Secretaries, 3S4, Aggarwal Millennium Tower I-B, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-l10034, as Secretarial Auditors in place of SGS Associates, Company Secretaries, for the FY 2021-22.
