Adani Total Gas has informed that the Company has fixed Friday, 25th June, 2021 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Shareholders for the Final Dividend of Re 0.25 per share (on the face value of Re 1 each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 4th May, 2021. If the final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders.
