Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Autoriders International has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 11.30 am at 4A, Vikas Centre, 104, S.V Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai- 400054 to transact the following business: To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Statutory Auditor’s Report for the year and fourth quarter ended March 31, 2021 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and statement of cash flows for the year and fourth quarter ended as on that date and to consider any other business with the permission of the chair. Further, in terms of the Company’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of Conduct and provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed with effect from Thursday, April 01, 2021 and it shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the said result.
