The Company has already intimated to the Exchange on 31st March, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st April, 2021 for the consideration of Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2021. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Audited Annual Financial Results. This notice is given to the Exchange pursuant to Regulation 29 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
