Om Infra has agreed to acquire additional 49% shareholding of Bihar Logistics by way of acquisition of Equity Shares, thereby making it as 99% subsidiary company. The object of the said acquisition is to have majority control over the company for successful execution of project.
The company also agreed to acquire additional 24.99% shareholding of Gujrat Warehousing by way of acquisition of equity shares, thereby making it as 99% subsidiary company. The object of the said acquisition is to have majority control over the company for successful execution of the Palmpur (Gujrat) project.
The company is a conglomerate having diverse business activities and interests related to Hydro mechanical equipments, turnkey solutions for steel fabrication, Hydro power developments, Real Estate, Entertainment centers and Hotels.
