IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Emaar-MGF for a total value of Rs 135.50 crore for construction of 'Palm Terraces Select Housing Complex' at Sector- 66, Gurgaon.
The project involves of civil structure, finishing & low side services works of residential towers (G+9 to G+13 Storey Buildings), Basements, Compounding Wall, and other miscellaneous works. The project duration is 27 months.
