Further, as informed earlier, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, and Company's Internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Directors/ Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code has already been closed from 1st April, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Half Year/Year ended on March 31st, 2021. Thus, the trading window shall reopen after the 48 hours of Results of the company are made public on 29th June, 2021.
