Further, requisite disclosure as per Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations are attached. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Hema Gopal that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation email dated June 23, 2021.
