Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, JBM Auto has informed that pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Jagdish Saksena Deepak (DIN: 02194470) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent Director) for a period of 5 years with effect from 23rd June, 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 are attached as ‘Annexure-1’. Further, it has confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.
