Godrej Agrovet has made additional investment aggregating to Rs 14.99 crore in the Equity Share Capital of Godrej Maxximilk, by way of subscription to preferential issue and accordingly, has been allotted 4,41,176 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of Godrej Maxximilk on June 24, 2021.
