With reference to the disclosure dated June 22, 2021 under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 intimating Godrej Maxximilk ('GMPL') has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet ('the Company'), Godrej Agrovet has now informed that the Company has made additional investment aggregating to Rs 14.99 Crore in the Equity Share Capital of GMPL, by way of subscription to preferential issue and accordingly, has been allotted 4,41,176 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each of GMPL on June 24, 2021.
