Indian Hotels Company to raise Rs 250 crore through NCDs

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) is planning to raise Rs 250 crore through rated, unsecured, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10,00,000, by way of private placement. The Board of Directors’ meeting will be held on June 30, 2021 to consider and approve the same.

Indian Hotels Company and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and recognized as one of Asia's largest and finest hotel company. It operates in the luxury, premium, midmarket and value segments of the market.
