In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Moil has informed that Govt. of Madhya Pradesh has reserved 850Km2 and 487 Km2 manganese bearing areas in Balaghat and Chhindwara districts respectively for exploration of manganese ore in favour of MOIL.
