KNR Construction has informed that pursuant to Regulation 9(1) read with Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the amendments of code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and code of Fair Disclosure for dealing in Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, trading window for dealings in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2021, for all the designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
