Ducon Infratechnologies has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in furtherance to intimation submitted on 22nd June, 2021 for conducting Board Meeting to be held on 30th June, 2021, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2021 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 shall be intimated separately.
