Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Tamilnadu Jai Bharath Mills has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today has appointed S. Seenivasan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 28th June, 2021 as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable Rules and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
