Gujarat Gas has informed that the trading window (for sale or purchase and dealing in the Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from Thursday, 1 st July, 2021, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading. The Trading Window will open upon the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30h June, 2021 by the Board of Directors in its Meeting.
