Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, Supertex Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st July, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 would be intimated in due course.
