Tarmat has informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons shall remain closed from 1st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
