In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by-BSE through its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, TCM has informed regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st July 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2021. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2021 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchange. The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
