Zuari Global has raised Rs 150 crore through secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable non- convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1500 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The board of directors at its meeting held on June 30, 2021 has approved the same.
Zuari Global is engaged in the manufacture of urea and complex fertilisers.
