Hero MotoCorp trades marginally higher on dispatching 4,69,160 units in June

Hero MotoCorp is currently trading at Rs. 2932.70, up by 10.70 points or 0.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 2922.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2980.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2980.00 and Rs. 2925.35 respectively. So far 10817 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3628.55 on 18-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2561.75 on 02-Jul-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2980.00 and Rs. 2897.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 58378.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.76%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.87% and 9.37% respectively.

Hero MotoCorp has reported over a two-fold increase in its dispatches to dealers last month at 4,69,160 units as compared with 1,83,044 units in May this year. With the gradual easing of the COVID-19 related restrictions and lockdowns across key markets in the country, the company witnessed a strong rebound in the month of June.

In compliance with the guidelines as prescribed by state and local authorities, almost all of the customer touchpoints of company are now operational, with strict safety measures and protocols in place. Heading into the upcoming festive season, the company remains cautiously optimistic about the customer demand in the coming months.
