Lumax Auto Technologies has signed Joint Venture Agreement with Alps Alpine Company, Japan to establish a joint venture company (JVC) for the manufacturing and sale of electric devices and components including software related to automotive industry. Lumax Auto Technologies will hold 50% of total equity shares capital of the proposed JVC and Alps Alpine Company will hold 50% total equity share capital of the proposed JVC.
Lumax Auto Technologies manufactures a wide range of automotive components. The company's products include drive transmission and steering components, body and chassis, and electrical components.
