Pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Person and their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from 3rd July, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended as on 30th June, 2021, become generally available information. In this regard, all Directors, Designated Person and other persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 will be informed in due course.
