The date of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
