Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 51,627 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on 5th July 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 613,05,37,034 (306,52,68,517 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 613,06,40,288 (306,53,20,144 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
