Kotak Mahindra Bank’s arm to invest Rs 10 crore in Kredent InfoEdge

Kotak Mahindra Bank’s subsidiary -- Kotak Securities (KSL) has entered into an agreement with Kredent InfoEdge (KIPL) for investment of Rs 10 crore for a 9.96% in the total share capital of KIPL. KSL will explore providing e-Learning and digital value added services to its customers.

Kotak Mahindra Bank offers a wide range of banking products and financial services for corporate and retail customers through a variety of delivery channels and specialized subsidiaries in the areas of personal finance, investment banking, life insurance, and wealth management.
